The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys golf team defended their home course with a River Valley Conference triangular sweep Friday over Alburnett and Wilton. The Hawks were a winner with their 163 total, ahead of 177 for the Pirates and 198 for the Beavers. Grayson Gingerich was the Golden Hawk leader with a one-over 37 for medalist runner-up. Landon Lathrop of Alburnett was the medalist going two-under for a 34. Other Golden Hawk scores included Andrew Rath 40, Denver Nelson 42, Tristan Koller and Logan Pacha 44 each and Ethan Schlabaugh 45. The pair of victories pushes Mid-Prairie to 40-15 on the season.
