Henry County voters have selected Becky Wilson as their next county attorney following a special election held on Tuesday. 

The unofficial results from the Henry County Auditor’s Office state that Wilson received 1,214 votes, and Abbie Liechty received 1,016. A total of 2,232 ballots were cast.  

The special election was held to fill the vacancy left by former County Attorney Darin Stater, who stepped down in early February. Results will remain unofficial until they are canvassed and certified on April 7th.
