
The postseason honors continue to roll in for Highland sophomore Kamryn Fink.
This time, Fink has been named to the Iowa Basketball Coaches Association 1A second team. Fink put up serious numbers this season, ranking second in Class 1A in steals with 141. Within the SEISC-North, Fink was first in steals, second in points with 399, first in rebounds with 302, first in blocks with 48, third in made field goals with 140, second in free throws made with 86, and first in defensive rebounds with 230.
Fink is joined on the second team by players from Gladbrook-Weinbeck, Kee, Dunkerton, Edgewood-Colesburg, Bishop Garrigan, and St. Ansgar.
The 1A player of the year, as voted by the IBCA, was Springville’s Rowan Jacobi.
