The Lone Tree Lions showed off their academic and athletic excellence this fall and winter, placing 35 on the Southeast Iowa Superconference’s All-Academic list.

Lone Tree senior honorees include Ava Christofferson, Jazmine Nino, John Daufeldt, Alyson Ford, Dalanie Graap, Domonic Garcia, Reece Holbrook, Grayson Spillman, Cade Willoz, Finley Jacque, Ashlynn Sojka, and Addison Eagle.

The Lions are represented by juniors Carlee Sexton, Abby Zaruba, Olivia Magruder, Jordyn Tripses, Selena Vargas, Macie Wageman, Owen Eden, Jack Wulfekuhle, Rylie Viers, and Cole Walmsley.

Of the sophomores, Addyson Eiben, Kalley Deese, and Evelyn Mueller.

And also the freshman, Lydia Hartman, Carter Parrish, Jackson Bandow, Jonas Koedam, Arlo Means, Nolan Wageman, Lucille Fuhrmeister, Ella Leyh, Raya Nebergall, and Brooklyn Heckmann.

To be named to the All-Academic list, an athlete must maintain a 3.5 GPA while participating in one of cross country, volleyball, football, basketball, wrestling, cheer, or dance.
