There’ll be plenty of orange and black in Des Moines this weekend, as the Washington Demons will be well represented at the NASP state archery competitions.

After the regular season, 73 Demon archers have qualified for either bullseye or 3D competition.

At the high school level, archers participating in both bullseye and 3D competitions include Gabby Andrew, Hunter Barnes, Itzell Calixto, Nicholas Charlier, Braydon Clough, Chris Deao, Evelyn Glaspie, Emma Helfrich, Chloe Hoback, Ethan Hotchkiss, Zach Hotchkiss, Hannah Lipski, Mason Pierce, Charlee Reed, Killian Ribble, Ayden Vargas, and Sophie Wittmayer. Hailey Curtis, Brooke Feliciano, Isaiah Halvorson, Johannah Halvorson, Chance Haskins, Layne Moore, and Destiny Moyer qualified for bullseye only. Sam Ribble qualified for 3D only.

For the middle school, archers participating in both bullseye and 3D competitions include Kooper Barnes, Jackson Charlier, Kirya Coates, Ethan Dewell, Jace Helfrich, Lillith Hernandez, Carter Higdon, Logan Hotchkiss, Aryana Jones, Lawson Love, Louis Mejia, Eli Miller, Addy Neer, Miriam Pierce, Braxton Rich, Jayse Thorius, and Jordan Thorius. Michael Corso, Maison Crawford, Gabriel Frost, Grayson Frost, Harper Horn, Javier Palacios, and Estrella Sanchez will compete in bullseye only. Madalyn Roundy qualified for 3D only.

Finally, Lincoln Elementary archers qualified for both bullseye and 3D competitions include Rowan Ayrit, Axel Boone, Daytin Brockman, Owen Gellerstedt, Jack Green, Isaac Love, Zoey Marner, James Montz, Rosalie Montz, Kiara Murphy, Mason Ousey, Max Roth, Huxlee Slagter, Baylor Stromwall, Emma Timmins, Tinley Timmins, Gradyn Wade, and Dawson Zieser. Enness Abozena, Timothy Dewell, Lukas Dittrich, Everly Gellerstedt, and Diego Gonzalez qualified for bullseye competition only.

The 2026 Iowa NASP Bullseye and 3D Championships will be held March 27th through the 29th at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines.
