Area basketball athletes competed one final time on March 14th, playing in the Southeast Iowa Senior All-Star game at Burlington Notre Dame High School.

WACO’s Nick West and Kellen Shelman were named to the roster in the boys’ game, while Winfield-Mt. Union’s Katie Miller and Madisen Kellogg were on the roster for the girls’ game. Hillcrest’s Claire Withrow was also named to the roster, but did not play. Other area athletes came from schools within the SEISC and SEC.

The boys’ game was won by the team opposite West and Shelman, 116-111. The girls’ game saw Miller and Kellogg victorious, 85-75. The night also featured three-point and dunk contests.
