This week, Golden Hawk head coach Jenny Hobbs talked with KCII Sports about what her team has done well during their winning streak. “I have been really proud of how the kids have brought the intensity at the beginning. That is so disheartening for the other team. We have to take care of the ball. Rebounding is part of how we take care of the ball. We have worked a lot on little details we are trying to hone in for postseason. Trust the process.”
Regina has won 34 of the last 41 in this series, 14-in-a-row, including a 54-36 win in Iowa City in January. The Hawks last beat the Regals in 2018.
