A man was arrested in Washington early Saturday for first degree harassment, violation of a no contact order, and driving with a revoked license. According to court records, the Washington Police Department arrested 23-year-old Stanley Butterbaugh after conducting a vehicle stop just before 2 a.m. Saturday. 

A further investigation found that on January 6th, Butterbaugh was arrested on a domestic abuse impeding airflow charge, a class D felony, as well as a second offense domestic abuse assault charge, an aggravated misdemeanor. 

Then on February 6th he was charged with two counts of first degree harassment, both aggravated misdemeanors, and a violation of a no-contact order, a simple misdemeanor. These charges are related to the January case. 

Butterbaugh is currently being held in the Washington County Jail, a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for February 17th.
