A teenager from Brighton was killed after a single-vehicle wreck on Sunday. 

According to the Iowa State Patrol, 19-year-old Ole Olson was traveling northbound on Germanville Road, when for unknown reasons he lost control of the vehicle. The 1990 Ford hit an embankment. The incident occurred in the 1400 block of Germanville Road, approximately nine miles south of Brighton. The wreck is still under investigation.

The Iowa State Patrol was assisted at the scene by multiple agencies.
