The Washington City Council will be hearing the parks master plan final presentation this evening.

The plan was completed by engineering firm Bolton and Menk. Over the past several months, the consultant company has completed a parks inventory and held a variety of public engagement activities. The findings from the information gathering stage have been converted into an implementation plan. The document will be used for financial planning of parks capital projects over the next several years.

Also on the agenda for the Council is the discussion and possible approval of the Hospice House site plan, and the approval of the amended Washington County Courthouse Maintenance Building site plan. There is also a fiscal year 2027 budget workshop scheduled.

The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in Washington City Hall.
