A memorial service for 81-year-old Richard Douglas “Dick” Gallagher of Washington will be at 3p.m. Sunday, February 1st at the Washington Area Performing Arts and Events Center at Washington High School. Visitation will be from 3-6p.m. Saturday, January 31st at the Washington Area Performing Arts and Events Center. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery at a later date. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County and Washington County YMCA. Family and Friends are welcome to wear Iowa Hawkeye, Iowa Corn, Islamorada or any other style of comfortable clothing.
