A vehicle rollover Sunday near Riverside ended in an arrest. 

On Sunday at 5 p.m. the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle rollover at Riverside Road and 170th Street. The caller reported that a single vehicle driven by 58-year old Martin Lozano of West Chester rolled multiple times ending up in the ditch. 

Lozano stated that he was not injured, but was transported by the deputy to the Washington County Hospital for evaluation. Lozano was later arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, and further charges of operating while intoxicated and hemp inhalation are pending lab results.
