The Washington Demons bowling team finished second once again at its most recent triangular in Fairfield, finishing well ahead of Centerville but just behind the hosting Trojans.
After the first round, the Demons sat at 1600, ahead of Centerville but behind the Trojans. Following the baker rotation, Washington finished its day at 2324 pins, 134 off the pace set by Fairfield, but still 670 pins ahead of Centerville.
Kaeden Zear led the Demons with a total of 379 over two games. Cooper Zahs and Kellton Burke each broke 300 at 326 and 307 respectively. Mitchell Zieglowsky rolled a 299, Landon Hawkins bowled a 239, and Mason Catenaccio finished with a 247.
The Demons will see the Trojans again at the Southeast Conference Bowling Tournament next Tuesday, January 27th.
