The Highland girls wrestling team traveled to Oelwein Saturday for their annual girls invitational. The Huskies were eighth of 17 teams with their score of 81 points. Cedar Rapids Kennedy was the winner with 144 points. Adley Sweeting was the winner at 120lbs, beating Morgan Krall of Independence by fall in the title bout. Maiya Singbeil was also a finalist at 140lbs, finishing as runner-up. Other Huskies included Hailey McFarland third at 170, Autumn Guseman fourth at 135, and Lilianna Ruiz-DeChavez at 105 and Chloe Sexton 190 were each sixth.
