
A Lone Tree man was arrested Thursday in Riverside on three charges including felonies related to identity theft.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Seth Westfall on the charges of probation violation on the original charges of identity theft and second degree theft, a class D felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, and two counts of unlawful possession of prescription drugs third of subsequent offense, serious misdemeanors.
According to court records, a probation violation report was submitted on October 6, 2025, due to Westfall being charged with new violations of domestic abuse assault, impeding airflow, these charges were placed by Washington County. An addition was submitted on October 23, 2025, due to new charges of possession of drug paraphernalia in Johnson County. It is alleged, during the course of his arrest he was found in possession of a clear glass pipe with a burnt white crystalline substance. The latest charge is due to Westfall absconding from supervision. All attempts to establish contact by a probation officer were unsuccessful.
Westfall is currently being held in the Washington County Jail, a revocation hearing has been scheduled for February 4th at the Washington County Courthouse.
