A single-vehicle rollover crash Tuesday afternoon left two injured in Washington County. 

On Tuesday at 12:56 p.m., the Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle rollover near the intersection of 200th Street and Hemlock Avenue, north of West Chester. 

A black 2004 Honda CRV driven by a minor, was traveling northwest on 200th Street when the driver lost control and caused the vehicle to roll into the north ditch. Both the driver and passenger were transported to the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. The juvenile was issued a citation for failure to maintain control. 

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Washington County Rescue, Wellman Rescue, Washington Fire Department, Wellman Fire Department, Washington County Ambulance, Wellman Ambulance, Wellman QRS, and Moore’s Towing.
