
The Washington boys wrestling team won one of their two duals at home Thursday, defeating Mediapolis 47-26 but falling to Fort Madison, 48-34.
It was senior night for Washington. Demon leaders on the day included Caden Greiner, who went 2-0 at 144, Jace Kinzenbaw, who went 2-0 at 157 with two pins, and Blaine Rees, who went 2-0 at 190.
Washington will next compete Saturday at the Bobcat Jerry Eckenrod Wrestling Invitational at Benton.
