A Funeral Mass for 82-year-old Eustolio Rangel will take place at 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 29 at St. James Catholic Church.  Visitation will begin 4 p.m. Sunday at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home where the family will be present to receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Sunday.  Interment will take place at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. A general memorial has been established.
