A memorial service for 74-year-old Vickie Flynn of Keota will be Sunday, December 7th at 2p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Visitation will be from 2:30-5:30p.m. Sunday, December 7th at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established for Keokuk County Hospice Foundation or Paws & More Animal Shelter in Washington.
