Funeral services for 92-year-old Russell E. Parker of Washington will be at 11a.m. Saturday, November 29th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours will begin at 10a.m. Saturday, November 29th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family present to receive friends from 10-11a.m. Interment with military honors will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.
