Have a passion for cycling? There is a new opportunity coming to Washington to kick off the holiday season with your bicycle. 

The Spokebusters Bike Club is arranging a pre-lighted parade ride around the square on November 29th, and they are looking for riders. 

Club member Jenny Morgan speaks more on the inaugural event. “My idea was to ask the kids to join us and adults and everyone to light up their bike before the lighted Christmas parade. And just go around the square and get people excited. Because you really can’t have a bad day if you ride your bike.”  

Interested riders should meet in the drive through of Washington State Bank around 6 p.m. before the parade to get set. Once the riders have been around the square, the annual holiday lighted parade will begin.
