A South Iowa Cedar League victory belonged to the Sigourney Savage volleyball team Thursday when they took down the Tigerhawks of Colfax-Mingo. Sigourney defended their home floor by scores of 25-21, 22-25, 25-13 and 25-23. Savage stat-leaders included Bailey Gretter with 26 digs and two aces. Becca Gretter with 22 assists and 20 digs. Kayla Renner with 13 assists. Addy Fineran with 13 kills. Clara Hanselman with nine kills, five aces and three blocks. The win moved Sigourney to 12-7 on the year and 5-3 in conference play as Colfax-Mingo dropped to 8-12 overall and 1-7 in the league.
