A memorial service for 92-year-old Shirley Elaine Garrett of Washington will be at 1:30p.m. Friday, October 10th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Family will be present to receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 12:30p.m. Interment will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for Washington YMCA and Paws and More Animal Shelter.
