A funeral service for 74-year-old Patricia “Patty” Ann Hinkel of Ottumwa will be Tuesday, August 5th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Family will be present to receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10a.m. Interment will take place at the Finley Chapel Cemetery in Trenton. A general memorial has been established.
