Utzinger

A West Chester man was arrested on Monday on a felony burglary charge. 

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy located a subject with a Washington County warrant at 6:30 p.m. Monday evening, and arrested 19-year-old Edward Utzinger of West Chester. 

Utzinger was charged with burglary in the first degree, a Class B felony. He is currently being held on a $25,000 bond. 

According to court records, he allegedly committed burglary in the first degree upon the property of the victim and hit the victim in the head and fought with others before exiting the property. The incident occurred in Washington. 

A preliminary hearing has been set for July 25th.
