A jury trial has been scheduled for later this summer for a Riverside man facing multiple felony charges of sexual assault, incest, and lascivious acts with children. The trial of Jason Bex is set for August 26th at the Washington County Courthouse.
Bex was arrested last month and bond was set at $1-million. The 51-year old Riverside man is charged with five counts of sexual abuse in the second degree, a class B felony; five counts of lascivious acts with a child, a class C felony; and five counts of incest, a class D felony. Court records allege Bex committed at least five separate offenses of sexual abuse with a victim under 14-years old over a span of three years.
He is already listed on the sex offender registry for four counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse from 2012.
