The Hillcrest Academy Raven Softball team posted a four inning win Friday, taking down WACO 20-0. The Ravens took control with a 10-run first inning and added six in the second and four in the third. Hillcrest out hit WACO 8-2 and took advantage of six Warrior errors and nine walks. WACO drew a pair of walks. Lyla Genkinger got the win for Hillcrest, going three innings with two hits, two walks and three strikeouts. Malia Yoder and Marryn Boshart each had two hits for the Ravens. Delaney Shaw and Brynna Boshart each drove in two, Shaw homered. Adrianne Blauvelt scored three times, Morgyn Nafziger, Claire Miller, Yoder and Marryn Boshart twice each.

WACO got one hit each from Natalie Wagler and Shanae Riley. Addison Alliman and Kaylan Willits each drew a walk. Savannah Harris threw three innings, giving up eight hits, eight earned runs, nine walks and four strikeouts. The Ravens stand at 9-9 on the year as WACO dips to 0-12.
