Road crews are still at work on Highway 92 near Columbus Junction. According to the Iowa Department of Transportation, the construction on this stretch of road is expected to go into early September. 

Between County Road W66 and Iowa 70, look for flaggers from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays as one lane is closed intermittently.

Currently, a detour is in place from Cotter to Columbus Junction as crews work on a six-mile stretch of road. The detour directs traffic to use W66, G52, and X17.
