A Riverside man on the sex offender registry has been charged with 15 additional felonies. Law enforcement authorities arrested 51-year old Jason John Bex on Friday in Conesville and he was taken to the Washington County Jail. Bond was set at $1-million.

Bex has been charged with: five counts of sexual abuse in the second degree, a Class B felony; five counts of lascivious acts with a child, a Class C felony; and five counts of incest, a Class D felony. According to court records, Bex committed at least five separate offenses of sexual abuse with a victim under 14 years old between January 1, 2022 and April 30, 2025.

He has a lifetime sex offender registry requirement already for four counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse from 2012. Three of those counts were with female victims between 14- and 17-years old, and the fourth was for a victim under 13.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 2nd
