A 79 and a half minute stalemate turned into a Williamsburg win Monday at Bob Murphy Stadium. The Raiders beat the Mid-Prairie girls soccer team 1-0 on a final minute finish. The Golden Hawks controlled the stat sheet, piling up a dozen total shots and six corner kicks and shots on goal each. Niva Helmuth made six total saves for Mid-Prairie, Meadow Flynn had two shots on goal. The Hawks fall to 4-8-3 with the loss as the Raiders climb to 3-11-1. Mid-Prairie next plays Thursday at Washington.
