Both Washington Demon soccer teams lost to Burlington last night. The Washington girls give up three goals between the 14th and 17th minutes on their way to trailing by four at halftime on their home turf of Washington Wellness Park.

The Grayhounds would go on to win 6-0, dropping the Demons to 2-3 in the Southeast Conference and 5-4 overall. The Washington boys would only be down a goal at halftime, but they would never get on the board and would suffer a 3-0 defeat at Burlington, dropping their record to 1-9 overall and 1-4 in conference play.
