The Hawkeye Area Community Action Mobile Food pantry schedule for May in Washington County has been released. The mobile pantry will be in the Brighton Gym at Main and Mechanic Street from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 1st. 

The pantry will be at Riverside Hall Park 140 Ella Street, Riverside, from 11 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, May 6th. 

On the day of the pantry, the truck is loaded with items from the food reservoir; this can include shelf-stable items, produce, frozen meat, bread, and bakery items. The items vary based on what the food reservoir has available at the time of the distribution. All are welcome to visit the mobile pantry.
