The Vice-Chair will be Andrea Leyden, who previously served as the Chair. Both were appointed unanimously, and their terms are for a duration of one year. The local board of health is the policy-making, rule-making, and adjudicatory body for public health in the county in its jurisdiction. The Washington County Board maintains five members.
