General calling hours for 91-year-old Franklin D. “Frank” Russell of Washington will be at 10a.m. Saturday, June 8th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington, with family present to receive friends from noon to 2p.m. Interment with military honors will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington at a later date. A general memorial has been established.
