Celebration of life services for 92-year-old Robert Neil Havel of Washington will be held at 10:30a.m. Tuesday, April 9th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Military honors will be accorded by Washington American Legion Post 29. Calling hours begin at 2p.m. Monday, April 8th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family present to greet friends from 5-7p.m. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington at a later date. Memorials have been established for local First Responders or Atrium Village in Hills.
