Henry County Public Health, the Henry County Health Center, and ISU Extension and Outreach are partnering to complete a new community health assessment of Henry County. To do so, they recently released a survey to the public.

As part of the assessment, they are seeking input from anyone who lives or works in Henry County. Those who take the survey can share what they believe is important for a healthy community, any problems they have accessing health care, and what they think should be a top priority to improve the overall health of the county.

All responses are anonymous, and anyone who takes the survey is asked to encourage friends and families in Henry County to do the same. The information received will be used to determine priorities for future community health programs and activities, and also helps provide funding to the county’s various health organizations.

Paper surveys are available at Public Health, the Henry County Extension office, Henry County Health Center, or the New London, Wayland, and Winfield clinics. Spanish surveys are available at Public Health. To fill out the survey online, click here.
