A Wellman man with two ongoing felony cases was arrested for a sexual abuse charge Tuesday.

The Washington County Communications Center states at about 1 p.m. 22-year-old Trevor Devon Miller was arrested in Keota on a warrant for third-degree sexual abuse, a class C felony. Bond was set at $10,000 cash only. The criminal complaint states that the Washington County Sheriff’s Office received a report on April 14th from the female victim who alleged the assault occurred in August of 2021 when she was 15 years old and he was 21. Miller was previously arrested this March for sexual exploitation of a minor – cause to engage in act, a class C felony, and sexual exploitation of a minor – promote film, a class D felony, for incidents that occurred in March of last year. He’s also charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony, fourth-degree theft, a serious misdemeanor, and fifth-degree criminal mischief, a simple misdemeanor, for an alleged burglary this February at 252 8th Avenue in Wellman.
