As spring is underway, the City of Wellman is bringing back a seasonal service to residents. From now through fall, Wellman city employees offer their weekly yard waste pickup. Each Monday, city crews will pick up debris. To participate, you must make a phone call to City Hall at 319-646-2154, before 8a.m. on Monday to be placed on that week’s list. All bags and piles of branches must be sitting on the curb by 8a.m. Mondays. Free yard waste bags are available at City Hall.
