A Washington woman was arrested on felony and other charges Friday.

At about 7:08 p.m. a Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of West 9th Street and North Marion Avenue, according to the Washington County Communications Center. Three Washington police officers also responded and arrested 25-year-old Rocio Gutierrez on charges of assault on persons in certain occupations with intent of injury, a class D felony, interference with official acts, a simple misdemeanor, driving with a suspended license, speeding 40 miles per hour in a 25 mph zone, and no proof of insurance.
