An Illinois man was recently located on a Washington County warrant.

Sixty-year-old Joseph Edward Baker of Quincy was arrested in Illinois on April 23rd on charges of third degree burglary and second degree theft, both class D felonies, according to the Washington County Communications Center. A detainer was placed with Adams County, Illinois, and bond is set at $10,000 cash only. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official.
