A Wind Chill Advisory has been issued for 6 p.m. Saturday until noon Sunday.

The National Weather Service Quad Cities Office has issued the advisory for an area including Washington and Keokuk counties, as very cold wind chills are expected, reaching as low as 30 below zero. Cold wind chills can cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. The public is urged to use caution while traveling outside, and wear appropriate clothing including a hat and gloves.
