Dr. Mariannette Miller-Meeks will meet with prospective voters in Washington this week, just days ahead of the General Election. The Republican candidate is seeking the U.S. Representative District 2 seat and is opposed by Democrat Rita Hart. The seat is currently held by Democrat Dave Loebsack who is not seeking re-election.

Miller-Meeks is currently the State Senator for Iowa’s 41st District. Miller-Meeks will meet with the public at 9 a.m. Thursday at the GOP headquarters at 101 West Washington Street in downtown Washington.
