The Sigourney volleyball team dropped a home South Iowa Cedar League match to HLV Monday in four sets. The Savages were beaten by the Warriorettes by scores of 20-25, 25-18, 25-10 and 25-14. Sigourney was led in the match by Joselyn Abell with 10 kills. Sidney Morse had 20 assists and Madelynn Hornback led the Sigourney defense with 22 digs. With the loss, the Savages are now 4-10 on the season. They travel to BGM Thursday.
