It’s a big Superconference South Division showdown tonight in Wayland when West Burlington visits the Warrior volleyball team. WACO comes into the match with an overall record of 8-1 on the year, winners of six straight including sweeping all four matches at the English Valleys tournament on the weekend. At EV, the Warriors posted wins over Sigourney, Davis County, Tri-County and Columbus. On the season, the Warriors are led by Morgan Graber with 55 kills, most in the Superconference South. Grace Coble is second in the south and best on the team with 84 assists. The Warrior defense is led by the south leader Aubri Garnsey with 63 digs.

West Burlington is a perfect 4-0 on the young season. The Falcons swept Van Buren last Thursday in straight sets for senior night. On the year, the Falcons are led by Sydney Marlow with 48 kills, second in the south. Marlow also paces the Falcons with 50 digs, third in the south. Abbey Bence is third in the south and best on the team with 77 assists. These two teams met at the Warriors home tournament to open the season with the Falcons scoring a sweep by scores of 21-15 and 21-15. Action begins tonight at 7:30 at WACO High School.
