A red ribbon was officially cut to mark the opening of The Master’s Hand Thrift Store in downtown Washington. The Washington Chamber of Commerce Chamber Ambassadors held the ribbon cutting Tuesday afternoon. The store benefits The Lighthouse Center, a homeless shelter that opened in Washington last fall. The Master’s Hand Thrift Store is at 115 South 2nd Avenue in downtown Washington.
