Presidents’ Day will be observed Monday and with that many offices and businesses will be closed. The Federal holiday is held the third Monday of February each year. Banks will be closed for the day and the U.S. Postal Service will not deliver mail. Also, all Washington County Offices and Washington City Hall will be closed in observance of the holiday.
