A 16-year-old driver from Fort Madison was found in a ditch with the car on its side. Henry County Sheriffs were alerted to the incident near New London Road and investigated. Sheriffs were able to find the individual unharmed. Officers gave the teenager a citation for failing to maintain control of a motor vehicle and a written warning for violation of a restricted license by a minor.
