A Washington woman was arrested on drug charges Thursday afternoon. At 3:19 p.m. a sheriff’s deputy reported being out with a wanted subject in the 200 block of West Main Street in Washington. Authorities arrested 29-year-old Ashlee Ann Weimer on a warrant of possession of a controlled substance third or subsequent offense. That charge came from an incident in Washington that happened on August 28th in the 700 block of North Iowa Avenue. Bond was set at $5,000 cash only. She also has charges pending for possession of a controlled substance third offense for methamphetamine. She was taken to the Washington County Jail.

She plead guilty in 2018 to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to probation and $3,000 in fines and court costs.
