
The 49th Annual Kalona Fall Festival takes Kalona back in time this Friday and Saturday. The Kalona Historical Village is hosting the old world event where visitors can find live entertainment, as well as handcrafted items and food for sale. A talent show, wine samplings, and old world demonstrations like corn meal grinding and a blacksmith will also be on site. The festival is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday with a $6 admission fee.
