The candidates are set for the Washington City Council and Washington Community School Board elections. The three seats on the city council are currently held by Brendan DeLong in the third ward, Danielle Pettit-Majewski in the first ward, and Millie Youngquist as an at-large representative. All three are seeking re-election. The one new candidate is Andy Drahota for the at-large position.

There are four seats on the ballot for the school board. Current board members are Eric Turner as an at-large member, Troy Suchan in District 3, Stephanie Ellingson in District 1, and Sonia Leyva in District 4. Evan Young is also running for the District 4 seat. Ellingson is the only one not seeking re-election. Kelly Smith is running for the District 1 seat. Election Day is November 5th.
